Breakfast Club, After School Clubs & Extended Care Provision

Bletchingdon Primary School provides wraparound care every weekday from 7.30am until 4.15pm with extended care provided until 5.30pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

The options on offer per day are as follows:

Breakfast Club: 7.30am – 8.30am

Breakfast Club Cost: £6.50 per session.

A Breakfast Club, held in the small hall, is available every morning from 7.30 – 8.30am.

After School Clubs: 3.00pm – 4.15pm

After School Club Cost: £6.50 per session.

We are pleased to offer a range of after-school clubs for children across all key stages, including Nursery. Our aim is to provide pupils with a wide variety of enjoyable and enriching activities while also supporting the needs of working families.

Clubs are delivered by both school staff and Club Energy and take place weekly during term time. To keep the programme fresh and engaging, the selection of clubs available will change each half term, giving children the opportunity to explore new interests and develop different skills throughout the year.

Collection from all clubs is at 4.15pm unless staying for extended care.

Friday

  • Film Club (with chocolate milk and cookie). If your child would like to watch a Friday film you may book your child in via the office as a one-off session for £10.00.

Extended Care: 4.15pm – 5.30pm

Extended Care Cost: £7.00 per session.

Extended care is available for Nursery to Year 6 pupils, once the after school club has finished, running from 4.15 – 5.30pm.

Booking & Payment

Please email the office (office.3141@bletchingdon.oxon.sch.uk) to sign up your child/ren for each half term, places are on a first come, first served basis.  Payments will be added to your accounts accordingly on Parent Pay.

Holiday Clubs

Club Energy also regularly run multisport and football coaching camps on the school site and in the village hall during school holidays, for more information on potential dates and booking please visit the Club Energy Holiday Clubs website.
